B I O Pjetër Logoreci ka lindur në Shkodër më 1956. Pasi ka kryer gjimnazin dhe shkollën e mesme industriale në Shkodër, ka kryer edhe shërbimin ushtrak në Tiranë. Ka punuar edhe si mekanik në Stacionin e Makinave dhe Traktorëve në Shkodër. Gjatë kësaj kohe e më pas, ka kryer një kurs për aktor në studiot e Teatrit “Migjeni” në Shkodër, dhe më pas një shkollë ekonomike në Tiranë. Ka marrë pjesë në grevën e urisë së të persekutuerve politikë në shtator 1991. Në nëntor 2012, është nderuar me titullin “Mirënjohja e Lurës” për kontributin e tij në gjetjen dhe riatdhesimin e eshtrave të Imzot Nikollë Kaçorrit. Pas ardhjes së demokracisë, ai ka përfunduar edhe degën për Drejtësi në Universitetin “Luigj Gurakuqi”, Shkodër, 1997. Gjatë kësaj kohe, ka punuar edhe si drejtues i policisë doganore në Shkodër.
