I Lumi Atë Josif Papamihali (Elbasan, 23.09.1912-Maliq, 26.10.1948), prift katolik i ritit bizantin, arrestuar e torturuar veç me këtë akuzë, u mbyt për së gjalli në baltën e kënetës, në kampin e shfarosjes të Maliqit.
