Sa më i madh motori dhe sa më e vjetër makina, aq më e lartë do të jetë pagesa e taksës vjetore që do të shlyeni duke nisur nga janari 2027. Ky është ndryshimi kryesor që do të sjellë projektligji i ri për taksat kombëtare, i cili parashikon heqjen e taksës së qarkullimit nga nafta dhe kalimin te taksa vjetore e automjeteve. Taksa e re vjetore do të llogaritet në bazë të vjetërsisë, fuqisë motorike dhe llojit të karburantit, teksa makinat me naftë do të paguajnë më shumë se ato me benzinë apo gaz. Formula mbetet shumëzimi i cilindratës me koeficientin e vjetërsisë dhe tarifën sipas karburantit, por rriten tarifat dhe rishikohen koeficientët. Aktualisht taksa fikse që paguhet sipas llojit të karburantit në taksat vjetore është 12.5 lekë për naftën dhe 10 lekë për benzinën. Nëpërmjet projektligjit propozohet që për mjetet me fuqi motorike deri në 2 mijë kubikë, taksa do të jetë 25 lekë për naftën, 20 lekë për benzinën dhe 20 lekë për gazin. Për mjetet me fuqi motorike mbi 2 mijë kubikë…

An article's time is the date its publisher gives, when that is plausible: not in the future, and not more than 180 minutes before Mosaic found the article. Otherwise it is when Mosaic first saw it. "Earliest report found by Mosaic" is the one with the earliest time; it does not prove that its outlet published first.

An article is marked "Repeats another outlet's text" when its cleaned text is word for word the same as another article's in the story, or nearly the same (the two texts' SimHash fingerprints differ in at most 12 of 64 bits). Both texts must have at least 30 words, and the articles must be within 48 hours of each other. That does not say who took it from whom: it can be a news agency's text or a press release that several outlets published.

It is also marked when at least 50 % of the two texts' three-word sequences are shared (estimated with MinHash), as with a copy whose lead, footer or page elements differ.
