Në pranga përfunduan katër shtetas, të moshave 33, 39, 45 dhe 67 vjeç, banues në Shkodër, Vaun e Dejës dhe Tiranë. Ndërkohë, një 38-vjeçar, vëllai i njërit prej të arrestuarve, u procedua penalisht në gjendje të lirë.
